Note for medical products
For hygienic reasons, defective products with an RMA order sent to BPM Broadcast & Professional Media GmbH must be handled in accordance with our cleaning and disinfection protocol.
Returns without a cleaning and disinfection protocol will be handled separately. If necessary, we will charge a lump sum of EUR 50 for this additional expense.
