In the field of medical technology, we offer repairs and standard maintenance on AV peripheral equipment for many of the leading medical equipment manufacturers and sale organizations. This peripheral equipment includes video printers, disc recorders and monitors by famous manufacturers like Sony, Mitsubishi or Toshiba.
Repairs and standard maintenance are usually billed based on time and used material. To minimize the organizational costs as for larger processing times, fixed price agreements are also an option. The advantage for you is obvious: no lengthy repair times and calculable costs!
Our technicians and engineers can draw on many years of experience in the repair of professional video technology products, which in some cases are of the same construction as the equipment to be repaired. So you will benefit of shorter and cheaper repairs. Upon request, we will prepare a cost estimate before repair.
Backup
For the duration of the repair, you can rely on inexpensive equipment from out backup pool to fill the time gap. This way your work isn’t interrupted while we fix the problem.
DGUV Safety Test
A safety test is performed for each device after the repair in accordance with DGUV V3. The data obtained and recorded electronically and assigned to the repair process. The customer can retrieve the report on the measurements at any time when necessary.
