The Blackmagic Design SmartView 4K G3 is a professional 15.6" 4K monitor that offers both optical and copper-based SMPTE-2110-IP video connections, seamlessly integrating into IP-based broadcast systems. Additionally, it features two 12G-SDI inputs, enabling connections to a wide range of video equipment, and a 12G-SDI loop output for signal forwarding. The rugged aluminum housing contains an Ultra-HD LCD with full 4K resolution, delivering precise image representation with excellent color accuracy. The monitor’s functions include integrated 3D LUTs for color correction and creative looks, frame markers, focus peaking, and tally for on-air status. The control buttons are located at the bottom to keep the screen free of fingerprints. Designed specifically for broadcast operations, the monitor automatically switches to new video sources and supports resolutions from SD and HD to Ultra HD up to 2160p/60. The SmartView 4K G3 is also compatible with the NMOS protocol for virtual signal distribution and can be remotely controlled via ATEM Software Control for Mac and Windows. A flexible and redundant power supply completes the device, making it ideal for professional use.
