The Lynx greenMachine HDR Evie+ Titan Constellation License (No Hardware) is a 1 RU half 19”-rackmount system for real-time conversion of High Dynamic Range (HDR) to Standard Dynamic Range (SDR) in broadcast quality. The system operates with segmented frame-by-frame processing and supports formats up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160). It is the world’s first system to use an advanced algorithm-based dynamic tone mapping to analyze sections of an HDR stream in real time and apply optimal corrections frame by frame. This innovative technology is ideal for live productions like sports events or other events that require high-quality real-time conversions. The HDR Evie+ reduces costs for equipment and manual operations by integrating into native HDR workflows. The system offers 1x 4K/UHD processing channel for HDR-to-SDR conversion using dynamic tone mapping. It also supports Wide Color Gamut (WCG) and professional AV requirements. Additionally, a static HDR configuration for HDR <> SDR conversions is included, which is suited for studios or environments with constant lighting conditions. Further features include a frame synchronizer, metadata management, embedding and de-embedding of DolbyE™ audio signals, and adjustment options for brightness, contrast, and saturation.
