The Lynx yellobrik CHD 1812 is a compact and versatile HDMI-to-SDI converter with an integrated frame synchronizer, ideal for applications requiring a fully synchronized SDI input from an asynchronous HDMI source. It supports SD, HD, and 3G-SDI formats as well as 3D and features a multi-format sync reference input that is cross-lock compatible. The converter offers two SDI outputs and an optional SDI fiber output. HDMI embedded audio is passed through transparently, while two external analog audio inputs can process both professional balanced and unbalanced line-level signals. External audio signals can be embedded into a selectable AES channel. LED indicators for HDMI, reference, and audio presence facilitate status monitoring, while compatibility with yelloGUI software enables access to additional internal settings.
