The HyperDeck Extreme 8K HDR is a powerful broadcast deck that supports video formats up to 8K DCI (8192 x 4320) with 25p and 8K UHD (UHD-II) up to 60p. The HyperDeck features a capacitive 7" touchscreen LCD with 100 % HDR and a brightness of up to 2,000 nits for easy, intuitive control and viewing of the video material. It features Quad 12G-SDI, HDMI and analog video inputs (YUV component signal / FBAS). The HyperDeck records in advanced H.265 (High / Medium / Low) and has an internal buffer memory that can record at up to 16 Gbit/s using an optional M.2 PCIe NVMe card. The deck has numerous color spaces and can apply 33-point 3D LUTs via the LUTS menu tab. The HyperDeck is powered either via a separately available power cord or with 12 V DC via 4-pin XLR.
