The Sonnet DuoModo™ Echo™ III Module enables the connection of up to three PCIe cards to computers lacking card slots. The module supports three Thunderbolt™-compatible non-GPU PCIe cards in full height and length, connected via the super-fast 40 Gbps Thunderbolt interface. Key features include one x16 plus two x8 PCIe 3.0 slots, Avid qualification, and support for up to three Avid Pro Tools HDX PCIe cards. The module provides 400W of power, includes a built-in 400W power supply with a 75W auxiliary power connector, and automatically powers on and off with the connected computer. For quiet operation, it features two temperature-controlled, variable Noctua fans (17 dBA). The 40 Gbps Thunderbolt 3 interface offers a PCIe bandwidth of 2750 MB/s.
