Zacuto Sony Z-Finder for FS7, FS7 II and FX9

Properties:

This Z-Finder is specially designed to be mounted on the LCD screen of the cameras PXW-FS7, PXW-FS7 II and PXW-FX9 by Sony. The Z-Finder is an optical viewfinder with 2x magnification. An installed diotpter without diopter correction allows for targeted focusing. Separately available diopters are also available for diopter correction, which can be used instead. The Z-Finder excludes extraneous light and offers increased stability when working with the camcorder when the eye is pressed against the large eyecup. If the center of gravity needs to be changed, optional extender frames can be purchased to further remove the Z-Finder lens from the camcorder screen for users with farsightedness. The Z-Finder is mounted on the camera's LCD screen via the flip up mounting frame.

NOTE: The Z-finder is a magnifier and as such will magnify the sun and could damage the LCD screen if the sun is allowed to shine directly through the Z-finder lens. This is not a defect but a physical property. Caution should be taken to avoid direct sunlight. Proper use of the included lens cap and sun mask will dramatically reduce but not eliminate risk.
