Zacuto Z-Finder 3" Snap Fit Mounting Frame

This frame is for use with our line of Z-Finder Viewfinders. It is compatible with all Z-Finders. This is an alternate solution to our metal mounting systems if you are looking for something small and lightweight that does not need to be attached underneath your camera. It is also a great, inexpensive way to use your Z-Finder on multiple cameras. This frame is compatible with most 3” LCD screens regardless of camera size. These cameras include but are not limited to the Canon 5D M2, 7D, T2i, 1D M4, Nikon D3, D300, D700, and the Sony A77, A99.

This frame is not compatible with the D800, D4, 1DX, or 5D Mark III. You can find a 3.2in version of this frame here.

This frame is not compatible with the Panasonic GH1/2, GF1, G5. You can find a version of this frame to fit those cameras here. This frame also fits the GH3 though we recommend our metal mounting system be used with this camera.

To use, take the mounting frame and peel off the adhesive protection. Slowly bring the frame down to the LCD screen being careful to align the edges of the frame to the edges of the light LCD image. Make sure that the frame is aligned and square. Apply pressure with some weight such as a book for 24 hours too fully cure. After 24 hours the Z-Finder can snap on and off the frame.
