Properties:

The Lindy 300 m Fibre Optic HDMI 18G & IR Extender enables the transmission of 4K @ 60 Hz Ultra-HD signals over distances of up to 300 meters using fiber optic cable. It uses a standard LC Duplex multimode fiber (50/125 µm) and supports HDMI 2.0 specification, which allows detailed 4K Ultra-HD resolutions through intelligent compression methods. The signal is decompressed at the receiver for optically lossless images. HDR (High Dynamic Range) ensures brilliant image quality, more contrast, and a wider color spectrum, making it ideal for impressive digital signage systems, private installations, or immersive sports events. HDCP 2.2 compatibility ensures trouble-free playback of protected 4K content. The use of fiber optic cables provides immunity to electromagnetic interference and high-frequency magnetic fields, ensuring stable signal transmission even in noisy and disruptive environments. The extender can also transmit 4K @ 30 Hz data over distances up to 1.5 km with single-mode fiber optic cable, making it especially suitable for transmitting video data over long distances. The included mounting bracket allows for installation under the table or discreetly behind displays, while the included power supply ensures a reliable connection. Bidirectional IR and RS232 ports allow control of source devices from the display and vice versa, and also support extension of control signals in larger installations.
