The FX30 is a professional Super 35 APS-C camera for entry into the Cinema Line series. The APS-C Exmor R™ CMOS sensor has an effective 20.1 megapixels and a high dynamic range of 14+ stops. The cinematic colour technology S-Cinetone™, familiar from the VENICE and FX9, ensures natural, soft skin tones and a unique film look. The camera has an ISO sensitivity of ISO 50 - 102,400 and a Dual Base ISO (800 / 2500). Thus, the camera convinces with an outstanding image quality even in low-light shots. Internal recording is in 4:2:2 10-bit as XAVC, with video resolutions up to Ultra HD with 120p available. In addition, video material with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels can be output as 16-bit RAW via the HDMI output. The integrated 5-axis image stabiliser enables shake-free recordings, even handheld.
