The innovative Gold-mount Plus connection offers an extremely secure locking function and enables reliable communication between the battery and the camera or a light with SMBus communication protocols. Gold-mount Plus also protects sensitive equipment from overcharging by preventing high-voltage batteries from being connected to low-power devices.
