The Zoom F8n Pro is an 8-channel / 10-track audio mixer and recorder. Weighing just 1 kg, the mixer is suitable for both indoor and outdoor recording. For the best possible recording of audio, in BWF-compliant WAV (up to 32-bit) or MP3 (up to 192 kHz) formats, the F8n Pro uses dual A/D converter stages, 32-bit float recording technology, and professional preamplifiers. The preamplification does not require any adjustment in the process. Two SD cards can be used as a dual storage medium and supplemented by a USB-connected mass storage device. The built-in slate microphone for voice memos can be freely assigned to tracks. The F8n Pro is equipped with the Zoom AutoMix™ software and is compatible with the Zoom F8 Control app for iOS for wireless remote control, file naming, and metadata entry.
