Properties:
The 888 is a professional mobile audio mixer and recorder with 16 channels, 20 tracks, 8 inputs and 10 buses. The mixer has four 3-pin XLR inputs and four 3-pin mini XLR inputs (TA3), which are used to input mic and line signals. The 888 can switch phantom power and limiter on all inputs. The audio is converted via internal processing up to a sampling rate of 192 kHz at 24-bit, and output via the numerous outputs. The 888 also supports 16 channels of Audio over Ethernet (Dante I/O). A high-precision timecode can also be output, making it much easier to post-process material from multiple cameras. Recording is done on an internal SSD with a capacity of 256 GB and / or two SD cards. The mixer is powered either by the included AC adapter with TA4 connector or two separately available Sony NP-F L-series batteries.
