The Rode VideoMic GO II is a lightweight and compact camera/USB shotgun microphone that delivers broadcast-quality sound. It connects to cameras via the included 3.5 mm TRS cable or, alternatively, to mobile devices (iOS and Android) and computers (macOS and Windows) via its USB output. The microphone requires no batteries and is ready to use immediately. Weighing only 33 g, it is ideal for various applications such as outdoor recordings, podcasts, and livestreaming. The included Rycote shock mount with a cold shoe adapter and a foam windshield ensures interference-free and clear sound. It can be mounted directly using the cold shoe adapter or via the 3/8” thread on a stand or boom pole. The microphone is compatible with RØDE Connect, RØDE Central, and RØDE Reporter, providing maximum flexibility.
