The Sennheiser HMD 27 is a professional broadcast headset specifically designed for commentators and sound engineers, especially for outdoor productions. It offers maximum comfort through its closed, over-ear design and split headband, which avoids pressure on sensitive areas of the head. The headset is exceptionally lightweight, making it suitable for long working sessions, while the soft ear cushions provide a pleasant wearing experience. For those who prefer a conventional headband, a large head cushion is included in the package, allowing the two bands to be connected as one. The dynamic microphone delivers detailed and powerful sound reproduction at broadcast quality, even in noisy environments. The ActiveGard© limiter protects against sudden peaks above 110 dB. Its modular design allows flexibility in using different boom and cable options, with compatibility for cables from the Cable 26-II series. The headset also supports single-ear listening thanks to the swivel ear cup, and the microphone can be worn on either the right or left side.
