The OH-TR-8-1270-LC is a high-performance optical SDI transceiver (SFP module) from LYNX Technik, developed for use in the yellobrik and Series 5000 product families. This SFP module combines transmitter and receiver in a single form factor and enables bidirectional conversion of electrical SDI signals into optical signals – and vice versa – for low-loss transmission over fiber optic links. Thanks to support for SD, HD, and 3G-SDI signals in accordance with SMPTE 424M, 292M, 259M, and DVB-ASI, the transceiver is highly versatile. With 18 CWDM wavelength options (ITU-T G694.2) and a range of up to 80 km, this module is ideal for demanding long-distance links in professional broadcast environments.
