The Lynx yellobrik OCM 1891 is a compact, passive 9-channel CWDM multiplexer/demultiplexer that enables the transmission and reception of up to 9 individual signals over a single fiber connection. The integrated Upgrade Port (UPG) allows the module to be combined with the OCM 1892, expanding the capacity to a total of 18 CWDM channels. It operates entirely passively and requires no power. The OCM 1891 can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into the optional RFR 1018 19-inch rack frame (1/2 RU), making it ideal for system installations. It is perfectly suited for use with CWDM yellobrik fiber modules, supporting all 18 wavelengths according to ITU-T G.694.2 from 1270 nm to 1430 nm. The device uses LC/PC single-mode fiber connections for reliable performance.
