The ADDERLink XD641P-DP is a high-resolution Single-Head DisplayPort KVM extender that transmits 4K60 video, USB 2.0, and audio over a single CATx or fiber cable. This powerful KVMA extender set (Keyboard, Video, Mouse, and Audio) provides reliable real-time access to critical computers while maintaining the user's desktop experience. The set supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz with 8-bit color and 4:4:4 chroma sampling, making it ideal for enterprise organizations and control rooms. It offers the flexibility to choose between copper and fiber connections and provides a range of up to 100 m over CAT6 cable or up to 4 km over single-mode fiber. The extender set includes RJ45 sockets for CATx cables and SFP cages for single-mode or multimode SFPs. In addition to emulated USB 2.0 for a variety of devices and intelligent EDID management, it features plug-and-play functionality with no drivers or software required. Other features include transmission of up to eight channels of uncompressed digital audio, HD audio quality for analog audio, serial communication via RS232, and an on-screen display (OSD) for connection quality, status information, self-diagnosis, and firmware versions.
